Online Purchases

We promise to offer you an exchange or credit note on any item purchased online that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 7 days of receipt, or to our Edgware shop within 7 days of receipt. You can either exchange your item or receive a credit note to be used online or instore.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, cosmetic products or perfume.

Please also note that items must be returned with all the original tags packaging. Any shoes returned to Lili Grace must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

Sale Items Refund Policy

Sale items are non refundable, however they can exchanged in store within 7 days of receipt.

OUTLET items are Final sale and no refunds, exchanges or credit note will be applicable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non refundable by Lili Grace.

In Store Customer Exchange Policy
Lili Grace is pleased to offer an exchange or credit note for the full original retail value for unwanted goods when returned within 7 days.
No returns will be accepted after this period. Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded. Receipt required as proof of purchase.
